Drones have Lives too...

War. What a terrible thing.

The Zerg have feelings too. And families. The Zerg are too often looked at just some ugly evil bugs. They have lives too (or in my imagination anyways). What's even worse is when they "morph", it's not like they become immortalized for their sacrifice and they are forever remembered. They… remain... as living structures. How much would that suck? It's not nearly as poetic or beautiful if your loved one is stuck as an extractor/hatchery/etc rather than watching over you in the afterlife. Well I guess they can still watch over you as a building, but that sucks.
Another thing I noticed was that the Protoss look very similar to the Zerg. Looking at the silhouettes in the background of the last panel, they look like insectoids. Basically if you took off the armor of the Protoss units, I wouldn't be surprised to see new undiscovered Zerg units underneath.
There are also big things coming in the distance for FFT Comics. Stay tuned. Keep up the love and we'll keep up the comics. Just kidding. The comics will still come with or without you, our loving fans. :*( - ks, artist

This is one of the comics out of my batch. I believe that the drone is the saddest character in the game because its life is meaningless beyond what purpose it will serve in the future. No present, no past, from a larva to a sunken, its life is but a means to an end.
Its mutation is a step that cannot be taken back, forever grounded until its base is abandoned due to lack of resources or destroyed by the enemy. I hope we will all remember that we are an end in ourselves. We have a future.

So when life gets tough, remember the drone.

He's insane. also..

Maybe being a sunken won't be so bad. I know it's a toss army coming, and not a terran army but..
